How? We implement the system for you, we write all the necessary manuals, and then we train all relevant staff (Managers/Supervisors)on how to use it. This includes all required procedures as well as some principles and procedures from the ISO 9001 Quality Management system.
While top management is needed in some sessions, the majority of the implementation work is done with the person who is appointed as your Health & Safety Officer or representative.
